Not a big fan of the overall sound of this one. It does sound like space travelling but it failed to transport me back in my childhood and what those oldschool space games were about. The composition was good though. Props for the bridge at 0:14 :)

The kind of melody and the pace was really good in this one. Somehow it portrays the feeling of flying real well which was space games was all about. I found your samples a bit weak, especially the lead one, which sounds like a flute or something. The song was also kinda repetitive overall. Still very cool and reminiscent of old space games which was the point.

I like this one because of the pace of the song, which isn't fast-paced, which is how space game music was to me. More like open space epicness. You lose some points on the rather annoying samples though as well as introducing a modern sounding part to the song which totally took me away from my childhood memories.

Other than a couple odd notes around 0:28 and toward the end, this is a very cool composition. Great olschool sound, it's fast paced and awesome. Somehow it reminded me more of a platformer than space game.

Great composition

My only complaint would be the samples you used, the drums lack variations in their velocity, ending up sound fake, same with the flute and the later lead instrument I failed to identify (some kind of string?)

But overall, a great composition :D Liked the choir part

Yeah, as I mentiojned in the author's comments, they suck ass. And yeah, what you're talking about is the violin, it does sound pretty fake, I'm gonna need to fix that. If Supersteph54 gets East/West back, he might help me.

I love the mood and intensity in it! You can feel the tension! it's great stuff!
I would complain about the samples but...it's almost like they give the song something special, like an old game or something, I really dig it
