Consider epic battle fantasy 4: a lot of people questioned a steam release when they can just play the same game for free minus a few weapons. Then consider chibi knight: there's so much to do in the new one compared to the flash version. I think with a lot of new features and content in addition to the better graphics and audio, it could work. GL
yeah the remake would have some new features but overall we'd like to keep the experience the same, just top quality

Road of the Dead is legit. Chances are as long as this doesn't break 15-20 bucks on the HD remake, I'd back it.

That does look like a "we're trying to be cool" remake, we'd just want to revamp the game to look fantastic in full screen but overall it would be the same experience as the flash game, just top quality and amazing

Add some character customization, and I'm in for sure. Really enjoyed my time playing the Road of the Dead series, so if you can add that I would pretty much be required to back it.
here is an idea for you, drive by mode? for example when gathering ammo or idk its your game..

I would say it is a great idea. The game has simple, arcade like controls that would make an excellent budget title. I would suggest though having some of the "Regular Street" segments from Road of the Dead 2 and implement them into the first one though. After it would make more sense for him to drive from his house to the freeway rather than I leave my house and BOOM onto the freeway.
