It's the riff from "I wanna be sedated"
and it's a bunch of the same riffs as the "She Can Really Swim" song on newgrounds which makes me understand they are premade loops
if you want a first stab at punk, grab a guitar and play :) not premade loops put together in a software :)
it's alright, I used to make ambiant music with loops...gotta start somewhere

Hey
each riffs were pretty damn good
but they were put together in a pretty ackward way.
bass part...then the drum starts....no more bass....then the guitar starts....still no bass....then the drum cuts off suddenly....an apparently unrelated bass riff starts...and stops after a while...it's just all weird.
try to make something that holds itself together

I can hear that the composition is pretty good, but man no offense but learn to do some mastering and mixing...I don't know what software you use but somewhere there's a red light that will tell you it's peaking and that the sound is saturated!
lower your sound until there's no peak then maximize, it will sound much better!
